Febuary 1st we will be starting a new season for our poker league.

*Buy ins will be $40
* $30 goes to the nightly pot . $10 goes to the main event pot UNRAKED.
* Top 10 players recieve points.
* Top 3 players ( or more depending on seats player) recieve nightly UNRAKED pot payouts
* We will be play 2 nights per week. Tuesday nights at 9pm and a weekend day to be determined. possibly Friday. maybe Sat
* This will be a 12 week season.
* You dont need to be at every game. Only 9 games required out of the 24 games offered.
* We will only use the 9 top scores of all the games you played. So people that can always play dont have an advantage.
* Top 10 players from the league will be invited to play for the MAIN event pot for FREE! ( the pot should be at least $4000, maybe over $5000 ) Also a Trophy will be provided!
* For early bust outs we will have games on the side most likely.

$20.00 rebuys / add ons get you an additional 2K in chips and are allowed until the first break.

Monthly poker game in Wauconda. We have been playing every month for 16 years and are looking for some new players. Several of our regulars have moved out-of-state and it is getting harder to find enough players. We play "dealer's choice" games. You deal, you pick the game. THIS IS NOT A TEXAS HOLD ?EM TOURNAMENT. Antes are usually $0.50 or $1.00, $2.00 max bet, 3 raise maximum.
We have a lot of fun & unusual games that we play. The game is always at my house on a Friday evening starting around 7:00 or 7:30 pm. There is a game Friday, 2/4/11 and usually every 4 weeks after that. We always have snacks, pop, beer and sometimes pizza. You are welcome to bring something to share.
The house is located just south of Bonner Rd about half way between Fairfield Rd & Rand Rd (Rte 12).

The women of the Junior League of Chicago proudly present their sixth annual Windy City Nights on Saturday, March 28 beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception for VIP ticket holders and general admission starting at 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy an evening of casino games, silent auction, specialty cocktails, whiskey tastings and more at historic Germania Place (108 W Germania Place, Chicago). Matt is 16 years old and was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at the age of 2 1/2. By age 7, he was put into leg braces. He now completely relies on a motorized wheelchair. Matt is the third generation of his family to be diagnosed with MD. Matt and his family need your support to help with rising medical expenses.
